$4 flat rate shipping. Orders of $35 or more qualify for free shipping.
Items are shipped to the contiguous United States via USPS (United States Postal Service) only. No international shipping available.
Items are processed and shipped within 3 days. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order once it has shipped.
No refunds or exchanges. An item is considered eligible for store credit if one or more of the following criteria has been met:
1. The item was received due to an error on the part of Diamond Lil's $5 Bling!
2. The item was damaged in transit.
3. The item was broken prior to being worn.
4. The item has a manufacturing defect such as a non-functioning clasp or an abnormal
discoloration.
The request must be made within 3 business days of receipt to be eligible for store credit. To initiate the credit, the customer must contact lillyv@diamondlils5bling.com and attach a photo of the damaged item.
